1. Subscription
- One parent account covers the family, with plans for 1, 2 or 3 children. Each child gets their own seat.
- Billing is monthly or annual, in USD, through Stripe. The subscription renews until cancelled.
- You can cancel any time through Manage plan (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
- Coupon access, if any, lasts for the period stated with the coupon.
2. One grade per child
- Each seat is locked to a single grade and only that grade's premium content is unlocked for it.
- A seat's grade can be changed at most once every 30 days, by the parent, from the Parent area.
3. Acceptable use
- Accounts and child seats are for your own family. Do not share PINs beyond your family.
- Do not scrape, copy or resell the questions, explanations or reports.
- Do not use automated tools to harvest answers or content, and do not attempt to break the service or other users' access.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules, with notice where possible.
